He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Amos Scarborough and Vleada Katrina Scarborough (Stamper); and his sister Paula Pence. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Marie (Lynch); his daughter Crystal Conrad (Charles); his stepdaughters, Jamie Greer (Eric) and Kristina Corun (Todd Eckley); his grandchildren, Casandra Scarborough, Maddie Conrad, Angela Conrad, Alexa Scarborough and Liam Eckley; his siblings, Doris Street, Jerry Scarborough (Kathy), Twin, Janie Caldwell (Bill) of Street, MD, Jeff Scarborough (Dawn) of Delta, PA and Paul Scarborough, Jr. (Cindy) of Delta, PA.; and his uncle Pastor Rodney Stamper.
