She was predeceased by: her parents, Margret Hanna Lowe and Walter Jay Mullins. She is survived by: her brother Eddie Jackson Mullins; her great grandchild Gabriel Flores; her pet Peanut; her sister Elizabeth Mae Johnson; her husband Wayne George Milliner; and her daughters, Delores Ann Atwood, Regina Ann Roop, Rebecca Jane Bishop and Jacqueline Susan Milliner. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, other extended family members, and many dear friends.
