She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvy Shick and Sadie Luella Dinger Shick; her husband Bernard E. Barrett; her siblings, James, Edward, Wallace, Alvy, Fred Shick, Bernice Crawford and Della Harmon; and her son-in-law Eric Shoemaker.
She is survived by: her children, James Bernard Barrett (Dava) of Dayton, Thomas Alan Barrett (Nadine) of York, Peggy Dianne Shoemaker of Dayton and Barbara Arlene Swast (Alan) of Boardman, OH; her grandchildren, Doug Barrett (Kelly), Greg Barrett (Melanie), Emery Barrett (Nicki), Brooke Rutter (Daulton), Shari Kercheval (Mike), Dave Shoemaker (Deb), Venton Shoemaker, Sara Crytzer (Brian), Joe Swast and Alana Murry (Pat); her great grandchildren, Carter, Jordyn, Jackson, Kendall Barrett, Dylan, Taylor Barrett, Camden, Hope Barrett, Erica Frederick (Ben), Nick Byerly (Alyssa), Dutch Shoemaker, Tyler, Cassie Shoemaker, Colt, Nash Crytzer, Lauren, Landen Swast, Brennan and Allyson; her great great grandchildren, Kamryn Frederick, Liam and Jensen Byerly; and her siblings, Carl Shick of New Bethlehem, John Shick of Indiana, PA and Judy Hepler (Wray) of New Bethlehem.
