He is survived by: his wife Cherie Spreine Wommer; his children, Frederick Wommer, Lewis Wommer Jr., Shelly Smarzik and Crickett Pfirman (Randy Pfirman); his brother James Spreine; his grandchildren, Marlana Brown, Brittney Wommer, James Wommer, Blake Pfirman, Garrett Pfirman, Jacob Smarzik and Matthew Smarzik; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Wommer, Abby Wommer, Kendyll Pfirman and Korrie Pfirman.
