He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Clark and Louise Durlin Clark; and his nephew Ryan Zoschg. He is survived by: his daughter Leslie Jo Warriner (Adam) of Millheim, PA; his grandchildren, Emily Louise, Elizabeth Joan, Katherine Helena, William John and Adam Robert; his children, Jessica Clark of New York City, NY and Aaron Clark (Katelyn); his grandchild Parker John of Danville, PA.; and his sisters, Nancy Zoschg (Matthew) of Emporium, PA and Judith Bergenstock of Danville, PA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
