He was predeceased by : his parents Jesse Popolow and Rose weiner popolow. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, April and his triplet children, Jessica, Jacob and Elisabeth Popolow. And his sister Beverly Cooper of Florida.
Herbert was a kind, caring, intelligent man.
