He was predeceased by: his parents, Newark Legg and Frances Lucasavage Legg; his daughter Judith Panagakos; and his brother Robert Legg. He is survived by: his wife Judith Kutchkus Legg; his son Dr. Joseph Legg (Kristen); his grandchildren, Ashley Kristen Legg, Dr. Joseph Newark Legg II, Alexis Rose Legg, Kallysta Maryia Panagakos and Shane William Panagakos; and his sisters, Dolores Clemens and Joyce Powell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
CDC guidelines of wearing a face covering and maintaining social distance will be observed at the funeral home as well at the church and cemetery.
