It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen E. Downey (Dallas, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathleen E. Downey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond J. Downey and Mary E. Wallace Downey. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Brendan, Natali of Mechanicsburg, Clare, Liam and Adam of Washington, DC; her brothers, Brian (Linda McKay) of Mechanicsburg and Kevin (Michele Jolin) of Washington; and also Laila Shadid of Boston, MA.. She is also survived by many friends and relatives.
Masks, social distancing and occupancy limits will be required at the funeral home and church due to CDC rules currently in place.
