He was predeceased by: his parents, Constance M. Panovec and John L. Panovec; and his siblings, Judith M. Panovec, Thomas F., Jeffrey L. and Michael E. Panovec.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jason W. Panovec, Mildred J. Perry, Noreen E. Martinez and Susan D. Allen. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
