She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Cook (Charlene), Kathy McDade (Gary), James Cook (Jodi), Deborah Prebola, Karen Altavilla (Michael) and Sharon Barto; and her sister Emma Schoonover. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
