He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Adams (Knapp). He is survived by: his father William Adams; his children, Jefferson Adams, Amanda Ronchi (Gabe Ronchi), Brooke Adams and Daniel Adams; his grandchildren, Lyla and Alivia; his sisters, Christine (Robert Vogel) of Green Lane and Elizabeth Adams (Connor Pelcher) of New Jersey; and his nieces and nephews, Megan, Olivia, Jacob and Leon.
Donations can be made to the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL, toward The Miami Project, to cure Paralysis and for Spinal Cord/Paralysis Research.
