She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence O'Brien and Madaline Fullerton O'Brien; her husband Joseph Darcy; her brother Lawrence O'Brien; and her nephew Dr. Michael O'Brien.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Ellen Austin, III (Harry) of Wexford; her grandchildren, Harry Austin, IV (Vanessa), Brian Austin (Alex) and Colleen Austin Smalligan (Dean); her great grandchildren, Hudson and Wyatt Austin; her sister-in-law Elinor O'Brien; and her nieces and nephews, Ann O'Brien, Maureen Fallon, Timothy O'Brien, Patricia Scott and John O'Brien.
