He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Levesque and Lauretta Menard Levesque; his wife Carole A. Levesque; and his brother Leonard Levesque. He is survived by: his daughter Lee Parsons of McCandless Township; his grandchildren, Jonathan Ptachcinski (Aylea) and Rachel Ptachcinski; his great grandchildren, Brea Ptachcinski and Annalise Ptachcinski; and his sister Doris Michaud. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
