He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald James and Doris Delphine Rushmore (Dyke); his wife Vera Belle Roberts; his brother Donald Rushmore (Junior); his granddaughter Rebekah Smith Dudley; and his stepfather Ernest Dates.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Dailey (Gary) of Coudersport, Patricia Rushmore, Jeryl Abbott (Barry Cline), Renee Klaptosky (late Barry) and Ernest Rushmore (Sandra); his grandchildren, Shawn Smith (Shirley), Barrie Bowen (Brian), Kenny Rushmore (Jenny Flyn), Jon Abbott, Jody Nudd, Terra (Michael), Amanda Beane (Mike), Matthew, Tai Arnold, Christopher Rushmore (Chelsea), Jonah Rushmore (Emily) and Jessica Rushmore (Jake Kaziska); and his great grandchildren, Jeramy Rushmore (Ashley), Dakota Smith, Emily Smith, Rachel Cady (Jake Houghtaling), Randy Cady (Kala Clark), Ryan Cady (Megan Tokarz), Lita Beane, Jennifer Beane, Savanah Gibson, Candice (Jake) and Michelle (Tyler).
