She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Appleby and Althea Appleby (Jones); and her brothers, Terry Appleby and Vic Appleby. She is survived by: her sons, Eric S. DeLong (Amanda) of Coudersport and Nate J. DeLong (Brooke) of Roulette; her grandchildren, Kiannah, Cael DeLong, Sari, Scott, Shea, Skylar, Sage Setzer and Rylee Baker; her brother Steve Appleby of Shinglehouse; and her sisters-in-law, Eva Appleby of Shinglehouse and Esther Appleby of Shinglehouse.
