He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arnold J. Haskins and Jane Ernst Haskins; his spouse Billie Ann Sluga; his sons, Joshua C. Haskins (Jessica) of Pittsburgh and Kelby G. Haskins of Pittsburgh; his grandson Cade Haskins; and his sisters, Debra Ayers (Edward) of Coudersport and Jacqueline Austin (Jeffrey) of Port Allegany.
