He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor T. Toth (Durning); his parents, James Toth and Theresa Toth (Kolmar); his brother Steve; and his granddaughter Jennifer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Fetter (Dale) and Ellie Skehan; and his grandchildren, Jay and Steph (Judy Craner).
