It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracy D. Bell (Conshohocken, Pennsylvania), born in Montgomery, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 16, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald Bell; and her grandparents, Eugene B. and Pearl Inez Mobley. She is survived by: her mother Carrie P. Mobley; her close friend Holland "Chris" Livingston; her siblings, Tonya Mobley-Hall and Michael Bell; her daughters, Ashley and Jetta; her granddaughters, Rian, Saige and Sophya; and her niece Asia. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
