She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alfonse and Rose Alfonse; her siblings, Norma, Josephine and Francis; and her husband Joseph Kushla of Cedar Heights.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Strouse (John), Carol DiSante (late Jim), Rose Strouse (Bob), Joann Vitale (late John) and Sue Metz (Denny). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
