It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Idell Johnson Jr. of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, born in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Idell and Fannie B. Johnson, Sr. (Guinyard); and his brothers, George "Frankie" Johnson and Blanch "BJ" Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Otis Guinyard (Cynthia), Barbara Kee (Rufus), Fannie Rebecca Merrick, Rev. Walter Johnson (LaFrance), Rev. William L. Johnson (Lisa), Joseph N. Johnson (Sharon), Rev. Bertha I. Johnson, Mary L. Johnson and Millie Pearson (Derek). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
His Homegoing Service will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at 5:00 p. m. Regardless of your vaccination status, please respect the family's wishes and wear a mask and practice social distancing. Interment will be private on Monday, January 31, 2022, at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
