He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Collins and Bertha Collins (Brueninger); and his brother Raymond Collins. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Collins (Zinni) of Conshohocken, PA; his son Harry J. Collins, III of Conshohocken, PA; and his siblings, Gary Collins of King and Donna Destra of Philadelphia, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several grand nieces and nephews.
