He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Mazzochetti and Frances Mazzochetti (Matucci); his wife Philomena Mazzochetti (Pastella); his children, Gergory J. Mazzochetti, Jr., Dolores (Mazzochetti) and Paula Mazzochetti; and his brother Michael Mazzochetti.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Hack of Bridgeport, Dr. Ralph Mazzochetti (Mindy) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Paul Mazzochetti of Conshohocken and Gina Sabia (Donald) of Plymouth Meeting; his grandchildren, Joanne McKenna (John), Frank Hack (Kristy), Carly Mazzochetti, Philomena Mazzochetti, Nicole Miller, Thomas Mazzochetti and Dominic Costa (Destiny); and his great grandchildren, Madelyn Sterner, William Sterner, Violet Hack, Brysen Hack and Ryan Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
