She was predeceased by: her parents, George Parker and Kathryn Parker Eleanor (Tinney); her spouse Late; her son Joseph P. Foster, Jr.; her siblings, George Parker, Lawrence Parker and Catherine Mateja; and her granddaughter Stacey Foster.
She is survived by: her son Robert Foster (Georgeann) of Lafayette Hill; her sister Madeline Butler (Earl) of South Carolina; her great grandchild Richard Bickart; and also Rick. She is also survived by many Nieces & Nephews.
