She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Kunaszuk and Alexandra "Alice" Kunaszuk (Leszczynski); her husband John J. Heleniak, Sr.; her granddaughter Lisa Heleniak; and her siblings, Edward Kunaszuk, John Kunaszuk, Irene Kunaszuk, Josephine Polomski and Helen Bielawski.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank Heleniak (Anne) of Conshohocken and John Heleniak, Jr. (Margo) of Conshohocken; her grandchildren, Heather Heleniak, Alyson Hilts (Mike), John Heleniak, III (Kerry), Christopher Heleniak (Tyla), Frank Heleniak and Thomas Heleniak (Dana); and her great grandchildren, John IV, Aubrey, Addison, Clara, Thomas, Jr. and Landon.
