She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Melchiorre and Mary Melchiorre (Bruno); and her grandson Justin Carbone. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Padworny of Conshohocken; her children, Michael Carbone (Kim) of Schwenksville and Maria Smith (Brian) of Pottstown; her grandsons, Nicholas Carbone, Eric DuBree and Hunter Smith; and her stepchildren, Amanda Hutton of Texas and Robert Padworny of Conshohocken.
