She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry R. Gebhard and Ada M. Yake Gebhard; her husband Lewis R. Witmer, Sr.; her children, James R. Witmer and Margaret E. Witmer; and her siblings, Kenneth, John, Walter, Richard, Herbert Gebhard, Betty Roschel, Catherine McComsey, Margaret E. Booth and Anna Mary Lett.
She is survived by: her children, Lewis R., Jr. (Judy) of Washington Boro, Benjamin (Linda) of Lancaster, Harry S. (Stephanie) of Millersville, Ada Mae Lenhard of Columiba, LuAnn (Terry Smith) of Refton and Joanne (Jeffrey Breneman) of Millersville; and her siblings, James Gebhard of Lancaster and Dolly (Kenneth Brooks) of Willow Street. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
