He was predeceased by: his brother Lloyd Shorter. He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd G. Shorter and Janet Shorter (Kissel) of Manheim Township, PA.; his wife Nancy A. Shorter (Scheetz); his children, Nathan, Jasmine, Devon, Isaiah, Aiden and Ariana Shorter; and his siblings, Michael T. Shorter (Lori) of Manheim Township and Cammie Brenneman of Mount Wolf. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
