He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl, Sr. and Pauline Tillman; his wife Margaret Tillman; his daughter Julie Moore; his grandson Eric Wallace; and his daughter-in-law Crystal Amsley.

He is survived by: his daughters, Robin (Kevin Wallace) of Manheim and Paula Amsley; his close friend Kristine Barshinger of Mount Wolf; and his siblings, Carl Tillman, Jr. of Wrightsville and Melissa (Butch Ort) of Lancaster. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
