She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas V. Spicer, Sr.; her parents, Philip P. Habel and Mary Resch Habel; and her siblings, James Habel and Janet Frey.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Lehman (Charles), Mike Spicer (Brenda) and Scott Spicer.
