He is survived by: his parents, Dale Mattocks and Janet Mattocks (Cole) of Columbia Crossroads, PA; his close friend Tanya; his wife Tanya Mattocks (Hamm) of Columbia Crossroads, PA.; his children, Courtney Perry (Evan) of Sayre, PA, Tiffani Schucker (Clayton) of Sylvania, PA, Brandon Mattocks (Lizzy) of Columbia Crossroads, PA and Brooke Mattocks of Greeley, Colorado.; his siblings, Annette Beyer (Greg) and Mark Mattocks (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Jackson Schucker, Kennedy and Madison Perry.
