She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ruhl and Hazel Powell Ruhl. She is survived by: her husband Paul E. Waters; and her children, Cheryl Eckman, Mountville, Barbara Schultheiss, George Goeke of Normal, IL, Robert Goeke, Mount Joy and Jack Goeke. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren also three sisters.
