He is survived by: his children, John P. DiCostanzo, Jr. (Kim), Angela A. Schaum (Craig), Jean M. Lutz (Nate) and Andrew M. DiCostanzo (Maggie). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
