He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne Eighmey and Martha Eighmey (Wheeler); and his siblings, Larry and Priscilla. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Eighmey-Hartford of Canton, Hal Eighmey II (Diana) and Brad Eighmey (Sarah) of Berwick, PA.; his siblings, Ron Eighmey, Steve Eighmey (Maxine) of Breesport, NY and Rosi Morgan (Richard) of Troy; his sister-in-law Debbie Eighmey of Florida; and his aunt Irene Winterstein of Dagget. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
