He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy M. Elslager and Gertrude E. Koller Elslager; his half-brother Donald Myers; and his siblings, Roy Elslager, John "Buzz" Elslager, Robert Elslager and Joanne Elslager.
He is survived by: his wife Reba E. Garber Elslager; his daughters, Tiffany E. Lonkowske (Jake), Tracy L. Elslager and Tammy L. Breault (Bill); his grandchildren, Billy (Amanda), Nic (Kelsey), Kolby (Malena) and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Braxton, Koralyn, Declan and Blair; and his brothers, Melvin Elslager (Joni) and Ed Elslager (Dolores).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Ironville United Methodist Church or Hospice for All Seasons, 280 South Hill Drive, Grantville, PA 17028.
