He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Askey and Lorraine M. Askey (Constien). He is survived by: his sons, Brian E. Askey (Kristy) of Columbia and Philip M. Askey of Columbia; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Miranda, Blake and Carson; and his sister Elizabeth "Betsy" Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and caring friends.
