He was predeceased by: his parents, George Richard Michael and Nancy Michael (Howe). He is survived by: his significant other Sue O'Donnell; his daughter Billie Rae Michael of Queens, NY; the mother of his child Heidi Carlson of Albuquerque, NM; his siblings, Diane Michael Gilbert of Dayton, OH and David Michael of Columbus, OH; his nieces, Catherine Michael and Carolyn Culpepper; and his nephew Jesse Keith Gilbert.
