She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chukinas and Margaret Agurkis Chukinas; and her husband George Kosco Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. George Kosco (Lisa) of Harrisburg and John Kosco (Laura) of West Wyoming; and her brother Joseph Chukinas of Littleton, NH. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's of the Parish of St. Monica's of West Wyoming.
