He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Simons; his children, Joy Simons, Thomas Simons (Lisa), Donna Simons Ackley (Tim), Terry Simons (Amy) and Jodi Simons (Joe); and his close friends, Lloyd Dunbar and John Alford.
