He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl L. Campbell and Genivieve Campbell (Flick); his son Barry W. Campbell; his granddaughter Jennifer Bair; and his siblings, Earl L. Campbell, Jr. and Barbara J. Weise.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Campbell (Confer); his daughters, Vicki L. Schnider (Lou), Tammie J. Wool (Jim) of Cogan Station and Susan A. Mahaffey (Darrin) of Linden; his grandchildren, Ashley Scott (Danny), James Wool (Kelly), Kristen Brule (Mike), Amanda Phillippi (John), Rantz Mahaffey (Sadie) and Jared Mahaffey (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Brooke, Corbin Scott, Kellynn, Kaisley Wool, Norah Brule, Madison Phillippi and Jackson Mahaffey; and his sister Ann L. Berk of Merritt Island, FL..
