Bolay; his stepparents, Barbara Bolay (Bird) and Giancarlo Cantalicio; his brothers, Dylan Burkholder, Matthew Cantalicio and Daniel Cantalicio; and his grandparents, Peter Misciagna, Chris Misciagna, Warren Bolay III, Frances Bolay, Giovanni Cantalicio, Rosalie Cantalicio and Linda Pfeil.
