He is survived by: his wife Madeline Gamber (Fera); his daughter Shannon David (Gamber); his son-in-law Ross David; his children, Nathan Gamber and Alisha Gamber; and his siblings, John Gamber, Jane Deluca (Gamber) and Mary Evans (Gamber).
