He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Gottier Ziegler; and his parents, Elwood Ziegler and Estella Trout Ziegler. He is survived by: his children, Richard C. Ziegler (Shay) of Coatesville and Mary J. Alexander (Denny) of Oro Valley, AZ; his grandchildren, Tristen Bowen (Nick) and Tyler Ziegler (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Grace, Gavin Bowen and Raelee Ziegler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
