It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Anne Riggins of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 13, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Webb Beck and Ora Mae Coder Beck; her husband Elmer Chandler Riggins; her sister Carol Keinard; and her great grandchildren, Kolby and Amelia.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca A. Riggins of Coatesville, Deborah R. Messner (Jere) of Coatesville, John E. Riggins of Honey Brook, Jennifer L. Yetter (Andy) of Mohnton and Joy L. Knox (William Knox); and her siblings, Phyllis Ferguson, Hazel Sensenig, Lillian Amos, James Beck and Deborah Hall. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
