He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred Lant (Milliken) and Robert L. Milliken, Sr.; and his brother Paul Lant. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Milliken; his children, Lori Burns (Chris) and Rob Milliken (Melanie); his granddaughter Brenna Burns; and his siblings, Keith Lant (Peggy), John Milliken (Karen), Mike Milliken (Kari), Sandy Ellis, Donna Wysocki (Mike) and Janet Simbeck (Donny). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Olivet United Methodist Church, Coatesville or the Masonic Dyslexia Center for Children, Reading, PA.
