She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Sr. Pratt and Mary Givler Pratt; and her brother William B. Pratt, Jr. (Judy Gill Pratt). She is survived by: her husband Albert W. Bernard; her children, Alan R. Bernard (Lori Cameron), Susan Bernard (Donn T. Taylor) and Kevin W. Bernard (Ana); her grandchildren, Erik (Valerie), Amanda (Koby), Emily (Adrian) and Rachel (Ned); and her great grandchildren, Harrison, Theo and Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Wagontown Union Chapel or American Cancer society.
