It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis F. Gentry of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Gentry and Gertrude Gentry; his wife Joan Gentry; his daughter Joanne T. Gentry; and his sister Gertrude McDevitt.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara, Louis C. Gentry (Kathleen) and Diane Weaver (Richard); his sisters, Margaret Manocchio, Marie Liebsch and Theresa Fitzpatrick; his grandchildren, Bridget, Monica, Allison, Maureen, Natalie, Stephen and Kevin; and his great grandchildren, Greyson, Nathaniel, McKenna, Anna, Sophia and Cora.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sisters of IHM at Camilla Hall, 100 Maxis Drive, Malvern, PA 19355.
