He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret L. Oliver Sagnor; his parents, Horace W. Sagnor, Sr. and Ethel Marie McGinnis Sagnor; his stepmother Elizabeth Ferguson Sagnor (Betty); his sons, Bruce Sagnor (Rebecca) of Parkesburg and Gary Sagnor (Donna) of Coatesville; his granddaughters, Heather Lieberman (Liam), Holly Sagnor, Megan Sagnor and Bethany Sagnor; and his great grandchild Henry Lieberman.
