He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard and Patricia Pearl Shuler Westmoreland; his sons, Steven D. Westmoreland and Jarrett A. Westmoreland; and his siblings, John Westmoreland, Samuel Brunson and Regina Westmoreland.
He is survived by: his children, Tenaya Branch (Robert) of Coatesville and Jason Westmoreland of Ohio; his grandchildren, Cionae Twyman, Rahzier Branch and Ranae Branch; his siblings, Elder Delores A. Westmoreland Williams (Darrell) of Coatesville, Mildred Leisa Westmoreland McDaniels (Marvin) of Coatesville and Marvin Charles Westmoreland (Elsie) of Philadelphia; and his aunts, Emma Brazzle, Laura Beckett, Helen Westmoreland and Martha Shuler Holmes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
