She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton Worst and Anna Worst (Lantz); and her husband James H. Nelms. She is survived by: her son J. Michael Nelms (Debbie) of Reinholds, PA; her grandchildren, Brent (Kate) and Kyle (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Owen, Lydia, Cameron and Nora. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
