He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman D. Spitz and Candida Spitz Mitchelli; his former wife Ann Spitz; and his stepdaughter Donna Hadley. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Tucker-Spitz (Miller); his daughters, Dawn Raup (Bill) and Candi Kulesa (Jon); his stepchildren, Tony Hadley, Michelle Hughes (Kevin) and Kathy Medina (Joe); his grandchildren, Melissa Goepfert, Jeff Goepfert (Laura), Christina McLaughlin (Steven), Joe Cavuto, Phillip Cifone (Amanda), Peter Cifone, Justin Hughes, Anna Medina and Emily Medina; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Aubrie, Valerie, Erica, Liam, Zoey, Cooper, Natalie, Madison, Abigail, Lailah and Myles; and his siblings, Daniel Spitz (Lisa) and Susan Ross. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
